Talking with a trained listener helps you to sort out what matters most to you and work toward obtaining those goals.

Whether a relationship struggle, depression, grief and loss, a chronic illness, parenting concerns, or caregiving for a parent is negatively affecting your life, psychotherapy can build upon your skills and find old patterns that are no longer working for you to have an improved sense of well-being
I provide short and long term psychotherapy and supportive counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
I also offer a free initial 15-30 minute phone consultation to ask me questions to get a feel if I might be the right fit for you. In addition, many insurances are accepted and a cash rate is offered.
